The Vigilante Court

One may argue that doing dirty deeds in luxery is better than doing them on the street.

But it's still a shame when 12 year olds do that.

That's what happens when parenthood is lacking, and a young girl is left unsupervised.

But rehabilitaion is possible, especially so when you get them when they're young.

It's not to late to put her to place, and make a good girl out of her.
